Fitness Classes for

Moms of all Abilities

Our 60-minute stroller bootcamp classes combines strength training and cardio for a total body workout. 

We specialize in postpartum, prenatal and women’s fitness. You will not just participate in a group exercise class

but gain confidence, feel strong about your body and be part of a welcoming fitness community!

Our outdoor park locations are Campbell Park in Campbell and Houge Park in San Jose. REGISTER BELOW FOR CLASSES
